Thank you Robert for advising Members regarding the 4 July 2020 cancellation.

We have confirmed our booking with the Village Hotel for our 13 March 2021 Ladies Evening and National AGM, currently, on the Sunday and I can advise those that have booked rooms their booking will be transferred by the Hotel to the new date. We have asked the Hotel to offer the option, if requested, of returning deposits to those who have paid.

In cost terms the change to March 2021 is more of a postponement with ticket prices remaining at 42 each, the same meal and accommodation at the same price of 70/room, single, double or twin with the same benefits of breakfast, parking and free use of all leisure club facilities !! Obviously the entertainment may change but you will still be guaranteed a great night to look forward to with family and friends.

With best wishes to all of you, your family and friends and please keep in touch using this fantastic web site so fantastically created and run for our benefit by Rob Norton.

Yours, John
